All ToyLike competitions are subject to the following terms and conditions….

You must be over the age of 18 to enter this competition and live in the United Kingdom.

No purchase is necessary in order to enter the competition.

Only one entry per person. In any case where a winner has been selected, and ToyLike subsequently discovers, or has reasonable grounds to believe, that the winner has made multiple or fraudulent entries, ToyLike may de-select that person, and select an alternative winner. The subsequently selected replacement winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The deadline for receiving entries for the competition is displayed beneath the competition entry form and the winner will be contacted by email the next working day.

ToyLike’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize includes posting and packaging where necessary.

The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives. ToyLike reserves the right to substitute the afore mentioned prize with an alternative of equal value if necessary.

ToyLike does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Entrants must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

This competition is not open to employees or contractors of ToyLike, any person directly or indirectly involved in ToyLike or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.

ToyLike reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and ToyLike reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

The winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
